Trick or Treat for the Tenants' Association - our annual Halloween Table on Oct. 24th

Stop by our annual Halloween Table in the lobby on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015 from noon to 6 PM.

Been meaning to contribute? Come to the lobby table, leave a check, get information, take some candy.

We represent all tenants - old and new - in this building, as we work to keep our building and our community wonderful, diverse, and safe.

NY Law (Real Property Law section 230) guarantees your right to join a tenants' association.

Household dues are $10 per year.

Please contribute to our legal fund! You can give the $100/year for each apartment (or more if you can afford it) to your floor captain, or to Steve Koulish in 12C.
